Hawker

Hawker is a two-button street food tycoon game and visual novel that focuses on risk/reward decision making.

This game was created for the GMTK 2022 Game Jam. The build submitted to the Jam is downloadable from this page. The game loop is incomplete in the current build, as I was unable to finish implementing all the core systems in the 48 hours of the jam, but the current build lets you make several decisions about your approach to selling food and gives a good sense of the risk/reward management I had in mind when setting out to make this game.
